Installation and Safety Procedures
Replacing the defective board requires several steps to prevent electric shock, burn, or safety hazards.
Ensure all current is removed from the drive before touching any internal components. Follow your site’s shutdown procedure and use a current tester to verify power is off.
Open the drive door to access the PCBs.
Locate the board blocking access to the DS200SDCIG2AHB; pull down its two locking mechanisms to tilt it forward.
Disconnect all cables from the DS200SDCIG2AHB before removal.
